Opeyemi Adedokun is a Nigerian-Australian construction professional and the Founder and Principal Consultant of Raphtop Project Advisory, the client-facing advisory practice of Raphtop Consults Limited.
He has worked in the construction industry from 2008 to date, developing practical experience across building construction, civil infrastructure, mining-support works, fixed plant, renewable-energy and telecommunications projects in Nigeria and Australia.
In 2022, Opeyemi founded Planetview Pty Ltd in Perth, Western Australia, to provide independent project planning, estimating and project-support services.
His capabilities span the project lifecycle—from scope definition, quantity take-offs, BOQs and first-principles estimating through tendering, programme development, project controls, construction coordination, quality assurance and close-out.
Through Raphtop Project Advisory, he helps property owners, developers, contractors and diaspora clients plan effectively, understand project costs and make better-informed construction decisions.
